CSP #2028 - Study progress
Summary of biospecimens and questionnaire data collected from participants
For each questionnaire or specimen type, the number of participants providing collections at each study visit is shown for each type of collection. Additionally, each of these counts is stratified in the subsequent rows by the SARS-CoV-2 infection status of the participant at enrollment, where “SARS-CoV-2 Positive” represents a qualifying positive test result at the time of identification for recruitment into the study, and “SARS-CoV-2 Negative” represents a qualifying negative test result at that time. Participants in the community living center (CLC) cohort were not required to have a COVID-19 test result to be enrolled.
Days and Months indicated in these reports correspond to the Visits defined by the study. “Day 0” is equivalent to the date of enrollment or one day after. “Pre-Day 0” represents clinical residuals which were clinically collected prior to enrollment.
Note about Visit Days: these are approximate dates. Specific follow-up dates vary by individual.
Note: SARS-CoV-2 infection status at enrollment is computed using electronic health record (EHR) data. The numbers in these tables may shift as the definition of SARS-CoV-2 infection status is refined for the CSP #2028 study. Documentation for calculated variables such as SARS-CoV-2 infection status can be shared with investigators upon request.
Each cohort is summarized in a report, available using the links below.
