Jason Dominitz, MD, MHS, is a board-certified gastroenterologist who serves as the National Director of Gastroenterology for the Veterans Health Administration and as a staff physician at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System. He serves as Co-Chair for CSP #577 - Colonoscopy vs. Fecal Immunochemical Testing in Reducing Mortality From Colorectal Cancer (CONFIRM).
Dr. Dominitz is also a Professor in the Division of Gastroenterology, Department of Medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine.
Dr. Dominitz’s current research interests include the epidemiology of gastrointestinal malignancies (especially colorectal cancer). He is particularly interested in colorectal cancer screening and treatment, as well as issues related to the quality of gastrointestinal endoscopy. Jason.Dominitz@va.gov
